Marketing Associate
<\/strong>The incumbent will undertake marketing & sales activities for our events. The role involves building prospective contact databases, approaching prospective delegates and sponsors, and other marketing activities. Tasks include:<\/p>\n

- Undertaking sales & marketing activities
- Targeting prospective contacts in\u00a0a particular region
- Business development and account management
- Attending trade shows & exhibitions<\/p>\n

Applicants should have at least 2-3 years experience in sales and \/ or marketing, be fluent in a European language (other than English), educated to degree level or higher, and have excellent communication skills. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.<\/p>\n

Work Placements <\/strong>
We are offering work placements to students \/ recent graduates looking for some experience in market research and \/ or marketing events. The work placements enable students to get some valuable experience, as well as relate marketing theory and commercial knowledge to real-life industry scenarios.<\/p>\n

Marketing work placement - the role involves undertaking marketing activities, organisational support, and general administration for our events division.<\/p>\n

Research work placement - the role involves implementing market research programmes, data analysis, and general support to our research division.<\/p>\n

The work placements are from 3-6 months. They are suited to students \/ graduates looking to develop new skills and gain some experience in marketing events \/ research, as well as persons who have a keen interest in ethical & sustainable product industries.<\/p>\n
